Le Château Moulin Haut-Laroque, situé à Saillans dans la région de Bordeaux, est dirigé par le talentueux Jean-Noël Hervé, et produit des vins dans l'AOC Fronsac.
Depuis toujours au Château Moulin Haut-Laroque, le travail de la vigne est considéré comme essentiel. A commencer par l'âge du vignoble, dont un tiers a largement plus de cinquante ans. La multiplication des travaux manuels qui y sont effectués (ébourgeonnage, vendanges en vert...), tout est fait pour produire les raisins les plus typés, les plus sains et les plus purs.
Le Château Moulin Haut-Laroque en AOC Fronsac est un vin complexe, concentré, offrant un nez souvent fermé qui s'exprime surtout grâce à des "arômes de bouche" puissants, une impression gustative ample, riche et très longue.
