Château Crabitey
Château Crabitey, 35 km south of Bordeaux, is owned by Arnaud de Butler, a former Parisian financier who, after training in viticulture, took over from his father. In just a few vintages, he has made Château Crabitey one of the rising stars of the Graves appellation, a true revelation that has won several awards.
The Château Crabitey vineyard covers 27 hectares of vines, including 2 hectares of white, on a terroir of deep Garonne gravel. The vines are cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture, and vinification and ageing are carried out in the traditional, meticulous way.
Château Crabitey wines are in tune with the times, revealing themselves to be gourmet, sincere and modern, while embracing their singular heritage.
