Lionne Castle
Château de Lionne is a wine estate in the Bordeaux region. The Château de Lionne vineyard is located in the communes of Illats and Brouquets. It was given to Madame Sérouin by her parents in 1962. She ran the estate until 2007, before handing it over to Véronique Smati, who now presides over the vineyard's destiny.

Château de Lionne is at the heart of the Graves appellation, with 14 hectares of vines, including 9 reds and 5 whites. Château de Lionne's red wine, a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, offers excellent value for money. Like its red counterpart, Château de Lionne's white wine, made from 90% Semillon and 10% Sauvignon, offers excellent value for money.

Still one of the most attractive value-for-money wines in the Graves appellation, this is an intense wine in constant progression, offering notes of stone fruit, with hints of licorice and spice. The palate is round and supple, fruity with good balance and soft, silky tannins. A bottle to "roar" with pleasure...

Château de Lionne white has a clear, brilliant green color. The bouquet is expressive, with aromas of pear and white flowers. On the palate, notes of pear and peach dominate, with a finesse that's both full-bodied and voluminous. A very elegant wine!
