Château Bois de Laborde is located in one of the best-known appellations on the Right Bank: Lalande de Pomerol. The vines are planted on the sites known as Brouard and Bois de Laborde, from which the estate takes its name.
In 1945, the Vedelago family settled on these lands. In the 1960s, 8 ha of vines were planted to the north-west of the appellation. In 1995, Bruno and his wife Sylvie, the second generation, took over the business and began to expand the vineyard. Parcel by parcel. In 2007 and 2010, their son Thibault (sales) and daughter Tiffany (oenologist) respectively joined Château Bois de Laborde. They are now actively involved in the development of Château Bois de Laborde wines, and continue to put forward the watchwords of their elders: passion, tradition and emotion.
