Château Corbin

Legend has it that the lands of Château Corbin belonged to the Black Prince, who fought against the French at the start of the Hundred Years' War... The neoclassical Château Corbin was built in the 18th century, and has evolved elegantly through the ages. Château Corbin has been in the same family since 1924. Passed down from generation to generation through the female line, it is now owned by Anabelle Cruse (4th generation) and her husband Sébastien Bardinet. Trained as an oenologist and owner of the estate since 2007, Anabelle Cruse Bardinet has been managing this cru since 1999. Year after year, she works to constantly improve the site and its production: renewal of parcels, restructuring of the site, creation of a new cellar... Planted in a single block, Corbin's 13 hectares of vineyards are located in the north-western part of the Saint-Émilion appellation, close to Pomerol, partly on ancient sands, partly on clays.
