Château l'Eglise d'Armens

Château l'Eglise d'Armens
Château l'Eglise d'Armens is owned by Jocelyne Martigne. Located on the road to Bergerac, opposite the old church of Saint-Pey-d'Armens, this small estate comprises 6.30 ha of vineyards.
Château l'Eglise d'Armens benefits from a siliceous terroir overlying gravel and clay banks. The vineyard is planted with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Rather discreet, Château l'Eglise d'Armens is a St-Emilion Grand Cru with very interesting potential. Sincere and open, the wine offers aromas of red fruit (cherry), controlled ageing and a suave palate built on delicate tannins.
