"This bottle is worthy of its very successful liqueur, with very clear honeyed notes of pear, dried apricot and saffron. Dense, full-bodied and unctuous, the liqueur is warm with flavors of quince and roasted pineapple: a touch of ginger and white pepper adds a refreshing twist to the finish. Concentrated and smooth. For twenty-five years, Philippe Mercadier acquired his know-how at the helm of Ch. Suduiraut. This experience now benefits his three Sauternes crus, managed with the help of his two sons: Châteaux Haut Coustet, Pechon and Tuyttens.
