Roland Lavantureux, a second-generation winemaker, was the first to bottle the estate's wines: Domaine Roland Lavantureux was founded in 1979. Today, his two sons, Arnaud and David, have taken up the torch.
Both are developing Domaine Roland Lavantureux: expansion of the cellar in 2012, takeover of a family estate (on their mother's side) in Bourgogne Epineuil and Bourgogne Tonnerre, acquisition of new plots in Chablis Premier Cru Vau de Vey.
Domaine Roland Lavantureux produces Chablis wines that respect the identity of each of its terroirs. The range of wines includes Petit Chablis, three types of Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume and Vau de Vay, Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir and Bougros.
