2*Coup de Coeur Hachette
"Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Noir (35%) and Gamay make up this superb crémant. The blush pink color is invaded by a steady rise of fine, lively bubbles. On the nose, red fruit (redcurrant, raspberry) and delicate white fruit aromas prevail. Thanks to a perfectly adjusted dosage and irreproachable effervescence, the palate is very fruity, fresh, alert and long, with a lovely saline finish. The number 69 is a reference to the exploits of the men who walked on the moon and to the year of birth of Jean-Charles Boisset". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2017)
