The nose of this Mâcon-Bussières opens with floral notes supported by flinty minerality. On the palate, the wine is silky and elegant, with a lingering freshness on the finish.
Maison Verget - Mâcon Bussières Vignes de Montbrison 2018
Mâcon-Bussières|White wine
3.9/5 (10 reviews)
89/100 Robert Parker
"The 2018 Mâcon-Bussières Vignes de Montbrison offers aromas of pear and green apple, framed by toasty oak. On the palate, it's dense, concentrated and muscular, with a thorn of acidity and a well-balanced profile. This vintage of old vines has had 20% new wood this year, which marks it a little more than it was last year." (Wine Advocate 2019 - William Kelley)
