"From a parcel at the very top of the Puligny hill, Sous le Puits offers very pure, powdery citrus aromas, its fresh character and fine woodiness suiting us very well. The palate is more affected by the ageing, but the whole retains good balance. A good example of Puligny d'éducation ". (Le Guide RVF 2021).

The nose of this Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru is fresh and complex, with aromas of toast, very fresh butter and gunflint. The palate is clean and rich, with great density at the start, and quickly evolves on very mineral notes. This is a very precise wine. Remarkable length on the palate thanks to its minerality.

The nose of this Pouilly-Fuissé is complex, with fruity aromas, white flowers and toasty notes. Full-bodied, rich and dense, the Grands Terrois Oubliés also boasts great length on the palate. This cuvée is the perfect accompaniment to a fine pike quenelle!

"An outstanding wine worthy of the greatest".

"Composed of 28% Semillon from Barsac (Closiot), 20% Viognier and 20% Roussanne from Domaine des Tourettes, plus 30% Burgundy Chardonnay. Woody? Everything is woody except the chardonnays, Guffens-Heynens' first presses. Chardonnay certainly dominates the nose, but this first approach is striking for its complexity, beautiful toasted-grilled notes and consistency from start to finish. The aroma is very impressive, very Guffens. The palate blends power and freshness, noble wood and racy structure in great balance. Purity and texture worthy of the greatest ".
