Mâcon-Prissé
A dry white wine, Mâcon Prissé is a still wine. White Mâcon Prissé is produced in the Burgundy vineyards of eastern France, more precisely in the Mâcon wine-growing region. Administratively, Mâcon Prissé blanc can be produced in the commune of Prissé. Its terroir benefits from a continental climate and rendzine and brown calcareous or calcic soils. Mâcon Prissé blanc can only be produced from a single grape variety: "Chardonnay B". Mâcon Prissé blanc has the French AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) label and the European AOP (Appellation d'Origine Protégée) label. It also has the "villages" label. Whether or not followed by the name of a village, this label distinguishes qualitative differences within the same appellation. This wine comes under the generic Mâcon appellation and the Mâcon Prissé appellation.

Located in the village of Prissé, this cuvée perfectly expresses the minerality of its terroir and displays a complexity that will delight all wine-lovers. The palate is sustained by a beautifulenergy, a tight structure that combines density, vivacity and fine bitters. Great potential!
