Jancis Robinson
"This 2018 pale gold presents a seductive nose of fresh butter, citrus and white flowers. A mineral attack introduces a rich yet fresh palate, nuanced with pear and peach. The finish is persistent and harmonious". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2021). A lovely Pouilly-Fuissé in the image of its terroir!

About the domain :
In 1946, Francis Auvigue joined forces with three other producer friends to create a small trading house specializing in Pouilly-Fuissé. Francis' grandsons Jean-Pierre and Michel took over in the 1970-75s, developing the other appellations of the Mâconnais. In 2017, the company took over a 7-hectare vineyard and moved into the old church in Fuissé, which had been converted into a wine-making and tasting and sales facility. Today, Sylvain Brenas, Francis' great-grandson, and Céline Hirsh are at the helm.
