"A chic wine with a classic style

"Fresh, with delicate floral aromas of yellow lemon and pomelo that harmonize with hibiscus flowers. The palate is intense, precise and mineral. Its great salinity is balanced by mouth-watering acidity". (Wine Enthusiast 2023). Simply superb!

About the domain :

In 1946, Francis Auvigue joined forces with three other producer friends to create a small trading house specializing in Pouilly-Fuissé. Francis's grandsons Jean-Pierre and Michel took over in the 1970-75s, developing the other appellations of the Mâconnais. In 2017, the company took over a 7-hectare vineyard and moved into the old church in Fuissé, which had been converted into a wine-making and tasting and sales facility. Today, Sylvain Brenas, Francis' great-grandson, and Céline Hirsh are at the helm.
