\r\n \r\nThe estate's vines total 17 hectares in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The spectrum of Fuissé rocks is the widest in the appellation, and Domaine Ferret, whose plots are spread across the entire Fuissé area, is one of its best ambassadors: soils can be thin, derived from hard limestone, possibly with limestone chips, or they can be clayey, derived from marl, schist or volcano-sedimentary sandstone. \r\n \r\nAt Domaine Ferret, making a great wine means above all respecting our heritage, the earth and the people who drink the wine and cultivate the vines. The vines and the surrounding fauna are closely observed, and the arrival of the vine's auxiliaries is encouraged. Ploughed, sometimes grassed, but always listened to, each Domaine Ferret vine is cared for according to its own needs.
