"A rising star in Pouilly-Fuissé
A lovely Pouilly-Fuissé with an enticing nose of white flowers, citrus and ginger. Fresh and expressive on the palate, with subtle notes of nuts. The saline, salivating finish beckons. Domaine Giroux is one of the rising stars of the Mâconnais, one to watch closely!

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (guide 2022) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
Sébastien Giroux set up in 2009 on the family estate known as Yves Giroux & fils, halfway between Loché and Fuissé, after a few years in the world of motor racing. A member of the Artisans Vignerons association, he quickly won the respectful attention of his colleagues. The estate's seven hectares are farmed organically without certification, with perfectionism and modesty. The wines are progressing towards greater personality and expression of their terroir.

Domaine noté (guide 2021) Recommended (Wine producer recommended by Robert Parker - The Wine Advocate)
About the domain :
Sébastien Giroux, brother of Olivier Giroux of Clos des Rocs, took over the management of this six-hectare estate in 2009 after an internship with the Bret brothers. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by gentle pressing and ageing in barrels and vats, adapted to the cuvée. The wines are consistently supple, pure and charming.
