Note: Guide Hachette quotation
"Sunshine color, limpid and brilliant, with an open nose of yellow flowers, pineapple and candied fruit. Roundness without heaviness, generous fruitiness with freshness to back it up: this lovely Rully is well representative of its appellation. Enjoy now as an aperitif, with fresh goat's cheese". About the wine:

Commissioned by the magnificent Château de Rully, whose origins date back to the 12th century, this 19-hectare vineyard, like nearly 80% of the appellation's vineyards, was hit by a violent hailstorm on July 12, 2011, which partly destroyed the harvest. But thanks to perseverance and a rigorous sorting process, the harvest, which was less quantitative, turned out to be of excellent quality. Witness this sunshine-colored wine, limpid and brilliant, with an open nose of yellow flowers, pineapple and candied fruit. Roundness without heaviness, generous fruitiness with supporting freshness: this lovely Rully is well representative of its appellation. Enjoy now as an aperitif, with fresh goat's cheese.
