Located on the upper slopes above Santenay-le-Haut, the vines are planted on grayish limestone soils. The aromatic profile, with floral and mineral notes, reveals a round, fresh wine on the palate, with delicate notes of hazelnut and fern. A lovely white that oscillates between richness, roundness and a mineral finish.

The Santenay red, made from several parcels in the village, has a deep color, obtained after 3 to 4 weeks' maceration and 18 months' ageing in oak barrels. Its charming nose delivers aromas of black cherry and spices. The palate is powerful, marked by robust tannins. A cuvee with character!

Situated on a mid-slope hillside, on stony soils, Clos Rousseau expresses itself with notes of white flowers (acacia) and citrus fruit, supported by hints of brioche, hazelnut and almond. The palate is fine and elegant, combining roundness and volume contrasted by a beautiful minerality.
