Domaine de Kervéguen
Located on the north coast of Brittany, the Domaine de Kervéguen has found its home in a former manor house dating from the XV-XVIth century. Today, the cellar houses 80 400-liter barrels used to age top-quality ciders.

Eric Baron took over the family business in 1993 to perpetuate and develop its traditions. In 2012, Domaine de Kervéguen was awarded organic farming certification.

As a benchmark, Domaine de Kervéguen has been supplying the cellars of the Elysée Palace since 1997.

Domaine de Kervéguen - Cidre Brut 2023

"A well-balanced Breton cider".

This cuvée of Brut is a true Brut tendre: between sweetness and bitterness, it has a long finish, supported by beautiful bitters. Ideal with a savory galette!

Domaine de Kervéguen - Cidre Carpe Diem Prestige 2023 (moelleux)

"A cider of exceptional refinement!"

This "Vendange Tardive" is comparable to the great Sauternes sweet wines, with a high level of residual sugar. Here, it's all about taking your time to obtain the most concentrated juice possible: late apples passerillés for 2 months, slow pressing (24 hours) and 6 months' fermentation in oak barrels. Great finesse of bubbles and aromatic complexity.
