Bollinger Champagne
The Bollinger Champagne House, founded in 1829, has retained its family character throughout its history and stands out for its highly original style, which leaves no room for compromise, producing cuvées whose quality is recognized worldwide. Since 2008, Jérôme Philipon, who came from large industrial groups, has presided over the destiny of the Bollinger House.

The Bollinger Champagne House has its own 164-hectare vineyard, mostly Grand Cru and Premier Cru, which is cultivated using organic methods. The Pinot Noir grape variety plays a predominant role and is the hallmark of the inimitable style of Bollinger wines. In its quest for excellence, Bollinger ages its wines twice as long as required by the appellation rules, and the best vintages are vinified in oak barrels: a commitment to the highest quality.

Bollinger Champagne wines shine among the very best that Champagne has to offer, with an original style, exceptional quality, and extreme finesse.
