Champagne Bollinger
Champagne house Bollinger, founded in 1829, has maintained its family character throughout its history, and stands out for its highly original style, which leaves no room for compromise, to sign cuvées whose quality is recognized the world over. Since 2008, Jérôme Philipon, a veteran of major industrial groups, has presided over the destiny of Maison Bollinger.

Champagne Bollinger has its own 164-hectare vineyard, mostly Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, cultivated organically. The Pinot Noir grape variety plays a key role in the inimitable style of Maison Bollinger wines. In its quest for excellence, the wines are aged twice as long as the appellation rules, and the best crus are vinified in wood: a commitment to extreme quality.

The wines of Champagne Bollinger shine in the firmament of the best Champagne has to offer, in an original style of the highest quality and extreme finesse.

"Vinification under wood for this magnificent champagne, a know-how preserved by the House".

"I loved this wine last year, and it didn't disappoint on this tasting either. Perfumed, mineral notes of saline and custard rise from the glass, and the palate is medium to full-bodied, more concentrated and linear yet still quite powerful, with a saline minerality. I like the tension it brings, with long, lingering acidity, and it ages at a very slow pace." (Jeb Dunnuck 2023).

"The result of the addition of red wine, this Rosé is incredibly fresh, fruity and elegantly structured. A superb cuvée with surprising character!"

"The latest version of Bollinger's Brut Rosé NV is particularly successful, offering complex aromas of sweet stone fruit, honeycomb, freshly baked bread and orange oil, followed by a medium to full-bodied, mellow and vinous palate. Layered and concentrated, with very fine mousse and ripe but racy acids, it finishes long and expansive." (Robert Parker).

"Style for this superb champagne, between density and subtlety".

"This disgorgement of Spécial cuvée seems to us to recapture the energy and length we know, without denying the house style, with that patina and roundness brought by the reserve wines." (Le Guide RVF 2024). A must-have!

2*Coup de Coeur Hachette

"Disgorged in March 2017, Bollinger's La Grande Année 2007 is brilliant, offering a superb bouquet of lemon oil, candied citrus, marzipan, iodine, nuts and freshly baked bread. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, broad-shouldered and powerful in an often slender vintage. Excellent concentration, deep, tight body and a precise chalky finish." (Wine Advocate 2019 - William Kelley) A choice vintage!
