Champagne Etienne Oudart
The history of the Oudart family dates back to the early 19th century, when Jacques Oudart's grandparents settled in Brugny. His parents, Etienne and Juliana, gradually transformed the property into a 9-hectare vineyard. Passionate and committed to their profession, they quickly developed the " Champagne Etienne OUDART "The company stands out for the quality of its wines. Jacques took over the business at the age of 40. A winegrower at heart, he is exacting in his work with the vines: every action in the vineyard is carefully thought out, favoring natural balance. Together with his wife Karinne, they bring subtle, elegant wines to lovers of new and different sensations.

Champagne Etienne Oudart has a fine, high-end working tool with which to market its wines: the Coopérative de Vinay, of which Jacques Oudart is President, following in his father's footsteps. It provides access to varied, high-quality blends that he monitors closely, derived from the richness of the terroirs spread over 120 hectares. His involvement with the cooperative and its members set an example in Champagne.

The wines of Champagne Etienne Oudart are divided into 5 "Instant" ranges from the three grape varieties, representative of the aromatic palette of the entire vineyard. The taste is consistent over the years, and the spirit of the house is reflected year after year as Jacques Oudart personalizes his wines with his own expedition liqueur. He gives them elegance and freshness.

Champagne Etienne Oudart 's vineyard is made up entirely of old vines planted between 1958 and 1973, maintained by permanent inter-planting which adds depth to the wines. In addition to the current certification, the vineyard uses Sustainable Viticulture practices, natural balances favored by the addition of natural organic fertilizers, and soil maintenance by ploughing combined with controlled grassing every other row.
