Based in Breuil for five generations, the Mignon family produces Champagne in accordance with tradition, mainly from Pinot Meunier grapes. The Pierre Mignon vineyard covers 16 hectares in the heart of the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs. Sixty percent of the vines are planted with Pinot Meunier, 30% with Chardonnay, and 10% with Pinot Noir. In
a true collaborative effort, Pierre and Yveline Mignon, who head the house, are supported by their children Céline in sales and Jean-Charles in production.
