The demands of the Piper-Heidsieck Champagne House for an exceptional Champagne are reflected in the selection of grapes from the two hundred or so winegrowers who work with them. Piper-Heidsieck vinifies the juices separately, grape variety by grape variety and cru by cru, to prepare the optimum blend. Under the aegis of Régis Camus, the Cellar Master, blending and ageing are carried out with meticulous control and respect for the terroir. All this care means that today you can enjoy fresh, lively Champagne Piper-Heidsieck wines, the fruit of a slow evolution in the spirit of the House.

"This Brut is once again a true classic! Brioche nose, open but fine. Fresh on the palate, with a present but well-integrated dosage and toasty notes testifying to prolonged ageing on lees. Fresh red fruit character, its structure reflects its 50% Pinot Noir content. The finish is lively and creamy. A real return to the forefront for this historic house. It has everything you'd expect from a Brut sans année d'apéritif, balanced, tangy, gourmand and energetic, with a price tag that remains soft." (La Revue du Vin de France 2024)
