Bullas
Bullas is a Spanish Designation of Origin (DO) for wines produced in the Murcia region (Spain), covering the territories of eight municipalities, including Caravaca de la Cruz, Moratalla, and Bullas itself. The region is renowned for its young red and rosé wines made from the Monastrell grape variety, which accounts for over 80% of all grape varieties planted.

The Bullas appellation also authorizes the Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, and Grenache grape varieties. However, the only white grape varieties permitted are Macabeo (the majority) and Airén.
