Robert Parker

"Cuvée Escondido 2011 is made from 50-year-old vines and aged in new oak barrels. It reveals a fat character on the nose, with a palate endowed with ripe, silky tannins, on abundant notes of black cherry and blueberry that sparkle through to the finish. If the aromatic palette evolves towards greater finesse in bottle, it will be superb. Drink through 2022." (Wine Advocate 2013 - Robert Parker)
