An astonishing wine with a sugar/acidity balance worthy of a great Tokaji! It lacks the complexity of a Tokaji, but goes perfectly with an apple dessert. Excellent value for money and pleasure.

To be honest, it's good, with a pleasant fruity taste. However, when tested with foie gras, it faded a little too quickly. In the same price category, I prefer the tariquet, which lasts longer on the palate. Try it with another pairing, as the potential is there.
