Drink or Keep
Traditional Tokaji-Aszu is produced exclusively in the best vintages, from Aszu grapes (preserved by noble rot) hand-sorted grain by grain. Graded from 3 to 6 according to residual sugar, this is a very fruity, fresh wine that gives great pleasure with citrus and white fruit aromas. A rare wine!

too young, the potential is there, but the alcohol is too present, as is the acidity. like many sauternes, only really opens up after at least 10 years. a shame.
