This wine goes wonderfully well with exotic and spicy dishes, white meats cooked in a sweet and sour sauce, foie gras and blue-veined cheeses, but also makes an excellent aperitif companion...

A real treat. I don't usually enjoy sweet white wines, but this one was full of flavor. Perfect with foie gras.

A perfect companion to homemade foie gras! Fruity, sweet just right. A real treat!

Very syrupy, low alcohol, not very long on the palate. The nose was rather flattering, but at a slightly higher price I prefer vin de paille or quart de chaume.
