The Manin family founded the Casa Bianca estate in 1906, then handed it over to the Palla family in 1978.
The Casa Bianca estate extends over 30 hectares, in the middle of the well-known communes of Asolo, Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco appellation.
Using traditional viticulture methods, Glera grapes enable the Casa Bianca estate to produce wines fermented with indigenous yeasts at low temperatures.

92/100 James Suckling
"Lots of foam at first, which takes a while to fade to allow the lovely lemon and lemon blossom aromas to come out of the glass. There are also notes of licorice chalk. On the rather dense palate, the chalk becomes crème fraîche and the lemon is absorbed into the creamy mineral texture with enough fizz to keep the sparkle. Pleasant, persistent and creamy but also crisp finish. This is a very good Prosecco." (James Suckling 2021).
