Azienda Col Vetoraz

Azienda Col Vetoraz is located on the hill of the same name, next to the "Mount" of Cartizze, in San Stefano di Valdobbiadene. It's one of the highest points in Cartizze, at 400 meters above sea level, from where you can see the hamlets of Fol to the east and Sacol to the west. The Miotto family settled in Col Vetoraz in 1838 to begin their winegrowing adventure.

Azienda Col Vetoraz extends its vineyards into the Valdobbiadene production zone of the appellation. It produces top-quality sparkling wines, using the Charmat method rather than the traditional method, resulting in wines with fruitier aromas and a much more demonstrative and precise expression of terroir.

Col Vetoraz wines often win awards for their high quality, with some cuvées coming from rigorous parcel selections to reflect the terroir even more intensely.
