Of Italian-Norwegian origin, Bibi Graetz settled in Tuscany after graduating from the Academia dell'Arte in Florence, because he fell in love with wine. He decided to open his own winery in 2000, beginning a collaboration with winemaker Alberto Antonini. It didn't take long for their wines to be considered among the very best. They produce 10 cuvées, including the two Sangiovese wines presented here, which are refined, lively, and aromatic, seducing the palate with their unique harmony.
Bibi Graetz's vineyard covers 80 hectares, two of which he owns, on the hills of Fiesole above Florence.
