Thanks to the altitude and exposure, which slow down the ripening of the grapes, this cuvée retains great freshness. Aromas of red fruit, spices and garrigue make it the archetype of modern Languedoc. Already very good, it will taste even better after a few years' cellaring.

Carignan comes from vines over 60 years old, whose grapes are picked ripe with low yields. Often a little rustic in its youth, it is powerful, with aromas of black fruit, licorice and smoke. Its complexity comes after a few years' ageing. A very fine bottle!

Produced from vines over 100 years old, Les Servières has an attractive, deep ruby color, with a nose of tart red fruit aromas, evoking redcurrant and morello cherry. On the palate, supple tannins combine with a fresh, mineral finish and great depth.
