"The Peyre Rose 2004 Coteaux du Languedoc Oro, is composed mainly of Rolle, with a blend of Roussanne, Viognier, Terret, Clairette, and perhaps other obscure and indigenous varietals. Garrigue herbs, roasted walnuts, quince and mirabelle plum distillate inhabit a pungent, high-pitched, slightly but not unpleasantly oxidized nose.
