Mas Seren

Visit Mas Seren is a vineyard perched 300 m above sea level in the foothills of the Cévennes, created entirely by Emmanuelle Schoch in 2009. Originally from Lyon, this sincere and sensitive epicurean settled in this unique place, illuminated by stars at night, inspiring the neo-winemaker in the name of the estate, " ".Seren"meaning star in Welsh. His approach to winegrowing is dictated by respect for this exceptional environment and the preservation of its biodiversity. In the heart of a wood of oaks, the parcels of vines are spread out on slopes of varying degrees of steepness, and are marked out by a network of hedges, copses and streams. A mosaic of soils and grape varieties, and a sunny but cool climate, help to multiply the characteristics of this terroir.
