A very good wine, with a good, subtle nose that opens up after a few minutes and a taut, full mouth that lasts a long time. Everything you need. A very fine white reference that I shall continue to buy.

Clearly reminiscent of Ctes Rhône Sud, it has a soft, stale, warm side reminiscent of certain cuvées where roussanne is dominant. Excellent with Mediterranean fish or prawns. Its price would explain why it's trying to get closer to a great Southern Rhône white, without really succeeding. The price is too high, which is why I rate this objectively interesting wine 3 instead of 4.
