Produced from a rigorous plot selection, Cuvée Perspectives is a concentrated wine, developing notes of coffee, cocoa, black cherry and very ripe plum d'Ente, black berries (blackberry, blackcurrant) and tapenade on the nose. Full-bodied on the palate, with liquorice notes, supported by young but supple tannins, and a very long finish... A great Languedoc wine!
