The result of rigorous plot selection, the Perspectives cuvée is a concentrated wine, developing notes of coffee, cocoa, black cherry, and very ripe Ente plum, small black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant), and tapenade on the nose. Beautifully full-bodied on the palate, with hints of licorice, supported by young but supple tannins and a very long finish... A great Languedoc wine!
