The Laroche family has been producing and making Chablis wines since 1850. Michel Laroche, who represents the 5th generation, joined the family domaine in 1967 to carry on the tradition. In the mid-80s, he began to take an interest in the Mediterranean vineyards of southern France. In 1995, he acquired Domaine Laroche - Mas La Chevalière just outside Béziers, and now owns a total of 45 hectares of vines in production. The diversity of soils, climates and grape varieties at Domaine Laroche - Mas La Chevalièreoffers an incredible range of red, white and rosé wines, from fresh, light aperitifs to powerful, structured reds.
