Domaine Borie La Vitarèle

Domaine Borie La Vitarèle is a benchmark for the Saint-Chinian appellation. Located in Causse and Veyran, the 18-hectare vineyard has been certified organic and biodynamic since 1998. The vines are planted in the heart of scrubland and pine forests, their roots plunging into limestone, schist and rounded pebble soils.

Domaine Borie La Vitarèle produces wines whose consistency is widely acclaimed. The elegance and finesse of the wines are achieved through gentle, minimalist vinification methods, considered to be slow infusions. Respectful aging puts the finishing touch on the birth of the vintages.
