Clos Aguilem
Clos Aguilem covers 7 hectares and four communes in the heart of the Terrasse du Larzacappellation: Saint-Saturnin-de-Lucian, Saint-Guiraud, Ceyras and Arboras. In 2015, the estate was founded by agronomist and oenologist Jean-Charles Auffret. The Clos Aguilem terroir consists of limestone marl and gravelly soils, typical of the region. Clos Aguilem 's vineyards are cultivated using sustainable methods and are currently undergoing organic conversion. The estate also produces other white, rosé and red IGP Saint-Guilhem le Désert wines, under the Mas Aguilem name.

Behind a lovely freshness, the palate reveals a dense, powerful structure built on velvety tannins; jammy fruit and woody notes are joined by cocoa and liquorice in a long, suave finish".
