Mas Conscience is located in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation, and was taken over in 2020 by Roman Kocholl and Audrey Bonnet-Koenig. With the help of oenologist Claude Gros, and after a period of optimization in the vines and restructuring the winery, the Domaine is delighted to present their first results with the 2020 vintage.

Organic viticulture has a long tradition at Mas Conscience, with the vineyards certified since 2012. At present, a large part of the work is devoted to maintaining and enhancing the vines. As a sacred terroir, the estate is particularly concerned with preserving nature.

AOC Languedoc, IGP Saint Guilhem Le Désert and AOC Terrasses du Larzac make up the red, white and rosé wines of Domaine Mas Conscience. Fresh, complex aromas perfectly reflect the Larzac terroir.
