Located in the commune of Jonquières, in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac vineyards, the Mas de l'Erme is a family estate run by Florence and Fabien Milesi. She, an agricultural oenologist, and he, an IT specialist, decided to buy 8 hectares of vines in 2006.

Mas de l'Erme boasts a top-quality terroir for wine, thanks to soils composed of highly draining pebbles for the red grape varieties and clay-limestone for the white grape varieties. Strong temperature variations between day and night during the summer, ensure fruity aromas with a certain freshness. Mas de l'Erme has been Ecocert-certified since 2015.

This pure Languedoc cuvée is made from autochthonous grape varieties, with 90% Carignan and 10% Marselan, using carbonic maceration to preserve the crispness of the fruit and freshness. It offers a gourmet wine for immediate pleasure without neglecting structure. This "buddy" wine is ideal with charcuterie and grilled meats.
