Visit Domaine La Croix des Loges We take the utmost care of our grapes, which are grown using sustainable agriculture methods. The harvest date is determined by ripeness checks, with analysis and tasting of the grapes. Harvesting, which takes place from September to mid-November, is carried out by hand. Each parcel is vinified separately, in order to obtain the best expression of each terroir.
