Drink
This Cabernet d'Anjou boasts a beautiful salmon color with intense, vivid reflections. The nose is typical of Loire Cabernet: red fruits (strawberries, raspberries...), blue flowers (iris, violet), then a touch of eucalyptus adds a touch of freshness to the finish. A rich wine with just the right amount of refreshing acidity. A true table rosé!

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domain rated (2019 guide) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
Anjou, Savennières, Coteaux-du-Layon and Chaume find here a fine and sincere expression. A sure bet.

Domain rated (2019 guide) Selected (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the domains that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the domain :
Roger-François Béguinot, who made his fortune in baby food, and his wife fell in love with Château Soucherie in 2007. This 28-hectare estate is ideally situated on a south-facing schist slope between Beaulieu and Rochefort, in the Anjou, Savennières, Coteaux du Layon and Chaume appellations.

The epitome of anjou rosé: fresh and fruity. Perfect for a summer aperitif.

A fresh, sweet rosé with intense fruit aromas. A refreshing change from transparent, acidic rosés! Excellent with salad, strawberries or barbecue.
