Domaine des Pothiers is run by Georges Paire, who is partly responsible for vinification and participates in the work in the vineyards, and his son Romain Paire, who manages the work in the vineyards and plays an active role in vinification. A duo concerned with quality and respect for the environment and the consumer, they cultivate Domaine des Pothiers organically. The natural, meticulous vinification process produces mouth-watering AOC Côte Roannaise wines in which the fruit of the Gamay grape and the minerality of the granite are fully expressed. Domaine des Pothiers is a pleasant surprise for lovers of Loire wines.
