"Made from a forty-year-old vine planted on schist, this 2015 was unanimously acclaimed for both its present qualities and its potential. Its intense golden color announces rich notes of candied fruit tinged with minerality. As for the palate, fat and round, it's a monument of concentration, elegance and freshness". About the wine:

Made from forty-year-old vines planted on schist, this 2015 was unanimously acclaimed for both its present qualities and its potential. Its intense golden color announces rich notes of candied fruit tinged with minerality. As for the palate, fat and round, it's a monument of concentration, elegance and freshness.

About the domain :

At the helm of this 50-hectare estate since 1993, Vincent Loiret, the fourth to run the estate, is based not far from the Vignoble Nantais museum in Le Pallet, one of the most famous towns for Muscadet-Sèvre-et-Maine. He has focused his efforts on modernizing and developing the winery and cellars.

Attractive golden colour, fairly complex nose. Good length on the palate and well-balanced acidity. A very good buy.

It's rare to taste a Burgundy melon with this level of complexity, tension and volume.

That little sparkle typical of the appellation is perfectly in place here. We salivate and appreciate the lovely acidity on the palate, accompanied by notes of exotic fruit and citrus. Superb!

We served this wine as an aperitif. A hint of citrus on the nose, a pleasant freshness on the palate and a slight acidity at the end. Much appreciated.
