Séverin et Gilles Chollet

Gilles and Séverin Chollet, winemakers from father to son, own an estate of more than 12.5 hectares across two communes in the Nièvre region. For over 60 years, this family estate has been producing white wines under the Pouilly-sur-Loire and Pouilly-Fumé appellations. The Chollet vineyard benefits from clay-limestone and sandy soils that produce elegant wines with finesse and a fruity sensation on the palate. Concerned about the environment and a new, more ecological way of farming, the Chollet estate in Pouilly-sur-Loire has gradually turned to organic farming and is currently in the process of conversion.
