The nose expresses heady flowers, pastry, verbena, then with aeration reveals a rich, solar profile. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, fluid and acidic, with yellow and white fruits and a saline finish accented by citrus zest.

Nose
Heady flowers, pastry, confectionery, verbena and acacia flower on the first nose. Then a sunny profile: dried apricot, peach syrup and orange juice.
Mouth
Fluid and acidic, with a rigorous aroma of fresh white and yellow fruits. Saline finish, citrus and zest.

About the domain :
First cousins Gaël and Marius Tabordet manage this 21-hectare estate in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. The wines are vinified without the addition of sulfur, using indigenous yeasts, and the domaine is beginning its conversion to organic farming for the 2018 vintage. We tasted the whites this year, and they were a success. An address to follow.
