Domaine Tabordet
This 19-hectare family estate is located in Verdigny in the Pouilly Fumé and Sancerre appellations. The Tabordet estate was taken over in 2008 by Gaël, son of Yvon, and Marius, son of Pascal, from whom they acquired the necessary experience to take over the family business.
The terroir of the Tabordet estate consists mainly of limestone, marl, and flint, allowing for the production of different expressions of Sauvignon, the region's star white grape variety. In an effort to work more in harmony with the environment, the two men are in the process of converting to organic farming.
