"High Density" because the parcel from which this cuvée is made is planted with 17,000 vines per hectare, each bearing a very small number of bunches. Good intensity, the aromas evoke fresh undergrowth flowers and citrus fruit, with discreet notes of mocha. Round on the palate, this 2013 is unctuous and lightly oaked. An ensemble underlined by a fine acidity that will have to wait a little". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2016)

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Rated (2017 guide) 15/20 (Very good wine)
Domaine rated (guide 2025) 3*Stars (High-quality production that can serve as a benchmark in its sector)
About the wine:
This high-density wine stands up well to the vintage because it has just the right amount of ripeness.
About the domain :
Under the impetus of Juliette d'Assay, Tracy is an emblem of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Overlooking the Loire, its vineyards are devoted to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate's specialty. The different types of soil, ranging from flinty clay to marl and limestone, make it possible to produce several cuvées imbued with these terroirs, all of which are sure-fire values that never disappoint. Everything is in progress, and the prestige cuvées are impressive. An estate to watch closely.

Guide des Vins Gault & Millau
Wine rated (2015 guide) 15.5/20 (Very good)
About the wine:
The 400 bottles of this cuvée will quickly be sold out once tasted. The structure is silky and delicate, with remarkable aromas of fruit, acidity and a touch of minerality, and a fine, long finish that lingers on the palate.

Wine rated (2016 guide) 93/100
About the wine:
Luminous color. On the nose, a fresh, springtime morning floral fragrance combined with an exotic sensation (peach, mango). On the palate, the pleasure of a pure fruity palette enhanced by a dense body, a silky texture and a tangy, salivating finish.
