L' AOC Saumur BrutThis 1,390-hectare estate produces a fine-bubble sparkling wine made from Chenin, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pineau d'Aunis, either as a single variety or in blends. These grape varieties grow on calcareous tuffeau and schist soils (Anjou Noir).

The temperate oceanic climate and the more continental influences on the parcels furthest from the Loire give the Saumur Brut aromas of white fruit, lemon balm, hazelnut and toasted almonds.

Traditional winemaking methods Saumur Brut and a minimum of 9 months ageing on laths produce an effervescent that can be enjoyed young, and is a perfect accompaniment to shellfish and desserts.
